What is ENVARA?
ENVARA is a free browser MMORPG in alpha: pick one of four classes, explore a persistent world, take on procedurally generated expeditions, and build your own private island - all running in a browser tab.
Is ENVARA free?
Yes, ENVARA is free to play. It is currently in alpha, so features and balance are still changing.
Do I need to download anything?
No. ENVARA runs entirely in your browser - there is no client to download and no launcher to install.
Is ENVARA multiplayer?
Yes. It is a shared world - you see other heroes moving, fighting and talking in real time, and you can party up to five people, trade, and chat in nearby, party, trade and help channels.
What classes are available?
Four classes: Guardian, Cleric, Ranger and Mage, each with its own starter kit and skill bias, drawing from 44 spells across the four kits.
What are expeditions?
Expeditions are procedurally generated runs you take on through contracts at the expedition board - branching paths, monster camps and a boss at the end, with five hand-tuned tiers followed by an endless scaling ladder.
What are private islands?
A private island is your own buildable space away from the open world: structures, props, farm plots and working buildings, each bought with gold and placed where you want it, with the option to invite friends as builders or visitors.
Can I play on mobile?
Yes. ENVARA has touch controls and a mobile HUD with panels rebuilt for small screens - no install, no app store, just a browser tab.
Is the game in alpha?
Yes. ENVARA is in active alpha development, which means systems, balance and content are still changing.
Can progress reset during alpha?
It can. Progress may be reset around major milestones during alpha - this is called out on the login screen as well.
How do I start playing?
Create a free account on the homepage, or log in with an existing one, and you can start playing right away.
Is there a beginner tutorial?
Yes, an in-game rookie trial walks you through a 13-step quest chain, from your own island and your first cooked meal to your first expedition, with a live tracker and quest journal.
Can I trade with other players?
Yes. Trading happens face to face through a locked offer window with a two-sided confirmation, so neither side can change the deal at the last second.
