ENVARA Alpha

Terms of Use

The rules for playing ENVARA. Last updated: 15 October 2026.

About ENVARA

ENVARA is a free-to-play multiplayer online game that runs in a web browser, provided by an independent online game project. Contact: game@envara.eu. By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Open alpha

ENVARA is in open alpha. Features, balance and content change often, the service may be unavailable at times, and game progress may be reset around major milestones. Resets are announced in advance.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • Use an email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
  • One account belongs to one person. Do not sell, share or transfer it.
  • Character names must not be offensive, hateful or impersonate someone else.

Fair play

Do not:

  • use cheats, bots, automation or modified clients, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them;
  • harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content;
  • spam, scam or advertise;
  • sell or buy game items, gold or accounts for real money;
  • attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to the servers or other players' accounts.

We may warn, temporarily suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove what was gained by breaking them.

Virtual items and crystals

Gold, items, islands and other in-game content have no real-money value and are not your property; you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. Where crystals can be bought with real money, they are delivered to your account immediately. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU right of withdrawal ends once the crystals are delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights if something you bought does not work; in that case write to game@envara.eu.

What you create

Names, chat messages and what you build on your island stay yours, but you let us show them in the game to other players for as long as they are part of it.

Ending your account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to game@envara.eu. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

ENVARA is provided free of charge and "as is", without a guarantee that it will be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost game progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game develops. The current version is always on this page with its date; important changes are announced on the start page. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
